- Gmail: Open the message → top-right ⋮ menu → "Show original" → copy the text to your clipboard.
- Outlook (desktop): Open the message → File → Properties → copy the "Internet headers" field.
- Outlook / Microsoft 365 (browser): Message ⋯ menu → View → View message details.
- Apple Mail: View menu → Message → All Headers.
